1. My birthplace is in Taichung, Taiwan. I currently live in Fairfield, CA. And I would like to eventually come back and settle around the bay area in the future.
14. Weird/Hidden Talents: Um…I’m very good at falling asleep quickly. LOL and I’ve found the perfect position to nap on the desk without having to switch positions once in a while.

Citrus Panna Cotta
Milk, cream, sugar, gelatin, juice, honey
Replaced more than half of the cream with milk this time. Texture is a lot better! not as rich/greasy. Orange, lemon, and honey makes this creamy dish very refreshing!

Favorite food: I’m not much of a picky eater, I appreciate most food lol But my all time favorite is Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean (basically most Asian food lol) Pasta, and fruits:D
